Privacy Policy

San Enterprise Co.,Ltd.(“we”, “us”, “our”) shall in advance specify the purpose of use and be fair and judicial in the collecting personal information from customers.

  1. We shall take any necessary and appropriate safety measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, destruction, falsification and leakage.
  2. We shall not disclose or give any customer information to any third party without the customer's consent. However, this is excluded in the case of a legal requirement of disclosure.
  3. If a customer intends to disclose, correct or delete his or her information that we possess, we shall take the necessary action once the customer's identification has been authenticated.
  4. We shall designate a representative for personal information control, who conducts the appropriate instruction necessary to all officers and employees in order to ensure that all laws and regulations are adhered to.
